About the Role

As a
Track Lead
, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end O2C activities, supporting collections operations, guiding team members, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will also step in operationally when required and support reporting and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform collections activities and review work completed by team members
  • Resolve queries and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Coordinate with clients and external stakeholders to resolve AR-related issues
  • Perform day-to-day operational activities during team absences
  • Support the manager with reporting and operational updates
  • Ensure strong end-to-end AR process controls
  • Manage customer queries, disputes, chargebacks, bad debt, and write-offs
  • Support AR month-end close activities

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Extensive
    end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C)
    experience
  • Strong knowledge of
    Credit Control, Billing, Cash Applications, and Suspense Account management
  • Hands-on experience in
    Collections
    , dispute management, and chargebacks
  • Solid
    Accounting knowledge
    related to AR and month-end close
  • Strong experience with
    ERP-based F&A BPO processes
  • Experience managing or supporting a
    Collections Helpdesk
  • Advanced
    verbal and written English communication skills
  • Hands-on working knowledge of
    MS Excel

Good-to-Have

  • Experience in the
    IM or Records Management sector
