Job Overview

This role involves supporting the Commercial Sales Analyst in their work with commercial properties across Australia, including industrial, retail, and office sectors.

Duties

  • Find comparable lease and sales data with online tools and calling Agents to uncover info
  • Add and refresh Agents & other contacts to CRM
  • Adding properties to CRM and update sold
  • Analysing location, property, Reports, tenants information
  • Reviewing Commercial Leases and collating information
  • arranging B&P and Strata inspections
  • Reading market Reports and provide PowerPoint presentation summary: ability to understand trends and opportunities; use charts and tables (loom video)
  • Researching market rates & yields and keeping it up to date
  • Analyse data and Create Deal Summary (template)
  • Compiling Due Diligence reports (template

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proven experience in Real Estate, Valuation, or Property Analysis, ideally in commercial sectors (industrial, retail, office).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Quick learner with strong intuition and intelligence – able to grasp new tools and processes swiftly.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail, capable of interpreting data and identifying key insights.
  • Proactive, go-getter attitude with a friendly, professional, and humble approach to teamwork and communication.
  • Atleast 1-2 years work experience with US, Australian clients

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of the Australian commercial property market.
  • Degree or qualifications related to Property, Real Estate, or Valuation.

Technical Requirements:

  • Equipment is self-provided
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps
