Accounts Payable Associate

- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or general accounting work.
- Preferably with experience in multi-branch retail, franchising, or F&B operations.
- Familiar with supplier and expense reconciliation, BIR compliance, and withholding tax filing.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for processing, verifying, and recording all payables, including handling supplier invoices, utilities, rentals, purchases, store expenses, and other obligations.
- The position ensures that payments are accurate and properly supported and compliant with company policies and internal controls.
The AP Associate also assists in month-end closing, reconciliation of supplier ledgers, and preparation of financial reports to support management decisions.
Compressed Work Schedule: Mon-Thurs (7AM-6PM)
- Fri (7AM - 4PM)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
