Job Description

  • Monitors the progress of the site construction projects and ensures that the approved and signed plan by the client is followed correctly; including punch listing.
  • Liaising with clients and subcontractors and overall project manager.
  • Gives support during the planning stage of the project by making the layout, drawings, and plans.
  • Assist in ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and timelines.
  • Scheduling of manpower at the construction site.
  • Prepares weekly status report relative to the accomplishment of the construction.
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies at the site are adhered to.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Must possess a valid PRC license.
  • Higher professional degree in engineering field relevant for renewable energy projects or electrical engineering
  • Proficient in preparing detailed and accurate reports.
  • Ensures construction documentation aligns with industry best practices.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must be a skilled swimmer.
  • Willing to travel and be assigned to any project locations.
