Operations Management

  • Oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations.
  • Monitor food preparation and service to maintain quality and speed standards.
  • Manage cash handling, register balancing, and daily sales reports.

Team Leadership

  • Assign daily tasks and stations to team members.
  • Motivate, coach, and support staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Assist in training new employees and reinforcing company standards.
  • Address staff performance issues promptly and fairly.

Customer Service

  • Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and accurate service.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
  • Maintain a welcoming and clean environment for all customers.

Safety & Cleanliness

  • Enforce sanitation, health, and safety standards at all times.
  • Conduct shift inspections to ensure cleanliness of the kitchen, dining, and storage areas.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.

Administration & Reporting

  • Open and close the restaurant as scheduled, following proper procedures.
  • Handle cash deposits, inventory counts, and shift documentation.
  • Communicate shift updates and concerns to the Restaurant Manager.
