Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage and optimize complex calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Communication: Screen calls/emails, act as a liaison, draft correspondence.
  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports.
  • Document Preparation: Create reports, presentations, memos, and financial documents.
  • Meeting Support: Organize meetings, book rooms, take minutes, arrange catering.
  • Information Management: Handle confidential data, manage filing systems, conduct research.
  • Project Assistance: Support special projects and track progress.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven EA/PA experience.
  • Exceptional organizational & multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written & verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite & office software.
  • Discretion with confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Executive Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Document management systems: 1 year (Preferred)
