JOB SUMMARY:

The Process Engineer may be assigned to various processes where their technical capabilities is needed in the organization, he may be assigned to support in Process Improvements and Innovations, Handles New Product Development, 4M Change Application evaluator and in-charge in 4M external applications, Promotes Process takt time improvements through Line Balancing, Machines and Molds improvement in-charge, Production Improvements in-charge, Internal Process Auditing and Support in the Investigation of Internal and External Defects and the implementation of its corrective actions.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education and Experience

· Graduate of Engineering course preferably Industrial

· Experience work of Process Engineer

Competencies and Knowledge

· Analytical and detailed person, can work both in office and production set-up.

· Computer Literate with good presentation skills.

· Competent and can work under pressure, matured in decision making and well organized.

· Good oral and written communication skills.

Working Condition

· Works extended time if require and necessary

· May possibly have change shift schedules
