Work Setup

This position follows a Hybrid Work Arrangement:

  • 2 days per week reporting to the office (Taytay, Rizal) for collaborative tasks and meetings.
  • 3 days per week working remotely from home.

Position Summary

The Graphic Artist will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual content for both digital and print media, primarily supporting store operations, marketing campaigns, and brand development. This is a highly collaborative role that requires working closely with the Marketing Manager, Operations Team, and external advertising partners.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Content Creation

  • Design and produce marketing materials for various channels, including social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), digital advertisements, email marketing visuals, and website graphics.
  • Create print materials, including in-store posters, flyers, menu boards, promotional banners, packaging designs, and event collateral.
  • Develop engaging motion graphics or simple video edits for social media platforms.
  • Ensure all visual assets adhere strictly to the company's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in color, typography, and visual style.

Brand & Project Management

  • Manage and organize the company's digital asset library (photos, logos, templates, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm concepts and execute creative briefs, ensuring designs meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Provide final, print-ready files to external vendors (printers, fabricators) and review proofs to ensure color accuracy and quality.
  • Stay current with graphic design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our visuals remain modern and competitive.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role. [2+ years preferred.]
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, particularly in retail, F&B, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics (e.g., After Effects) is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
  • Knowledge of both digital media specifications (web resolution, social media sizing) and print production processes (CMYK, bleed, file preparation).

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
