I. THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

The Graphic Designer/Artist (GD/A) role entails you to perform different

conceptualization projects to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of

media platforms.

Working closely with the Marketing and Business Development team, GD/A would be

directly involved in the development and execution of marketing and branding

initiatives in different media platforms. GD/A is responsible for creating aesthetically

pleasing images and contents that would inspire, inform, and captivate clients.

The Graphic Designer/Artist reports to the Chief Strategist and Marketing Head and

works closely in collaboration with other teams and departments.

II. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The general responsibilities of the Graphic Designer/Artist are, but not limited to the

following:

● Meeting with clients or the creative director to determine the scope of a project

and develop a plan of action.

● Creating designs based on a client's needs, using a variety of software and

design tools.

● Developing graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, and websites.

● Creating visual concepts that communicate ideas effectively and attractively.

● Preparing digital files for printing or publication.

● Collaborating with other designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists to

develop and refine design concepts.

● Continuously staying updated with the latest design trends, software, and

technologies.

● Maintaining a professional portfolio of work to showcase to potential clients and

employers.

III. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal Graphic Designer/Artist has the following characteristics and credentials:

● Graduate of any vocational or bachelor's degree or have a diploma in graphic

design, fine arts, or a related field.

● Excellent skills in coordination and communication

● Able to carry self in positive and professional manner

● Good spoken and written English communication skills

● Able to work independently and is detail-oriented, resourceful

● Proficient in using adobe suite and sketch up

● The graphics design artist must be able to do the ff:

○ Key visual for event

○ Good in typography

○ Can submit stage design renders

○ Application of key visual to collaterals/merch

○ Submit ready to print files

● Has stable and reliable internet connection for a remote work setup (at least

10mbps)

● Willing to travel to the office (San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City) when needed
