Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Develop and implement the company's Quality Assurance Plan for aluminum and glass works.
  • Review and verify project specifications, drawings, and material submittals to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure all materials (aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, sealants, etc.) meet required standards and certifications.
  • Ensure fabrication and installation processes adhere to approved procedures and quality guidelines.
  • Conduct training and awareness sessions for production and site teams on quality standards and inspection procedures.

Quality Control (QC):

  • Perform inspection of incoming materials, fabrication, assembly, and installation of aluminum and glass systems.
  • Conduct in-process inspections at key stages — cutting, machining, assembly, glazing, and installation.
  • Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Checklists for all project activities.
  • Identify and record non-conformities, prepare NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), and monitor corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and clients for inspection approvals and quality documentation.
  • Maintain proper records of inspections, test results, and material certifications.
  • Ensure as-built documentation and handover packages include all quality-related records.
