The Accounting Staff will play a vital role in supporting the accounting department through accurate financial reporting, record management, and general clerical duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses a strong foundation in accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, reports, and general ledger accounts.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure all financial data is accurately and promptly recorded in the accounting system.
  • Review, verify, and process expense reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Perform other accounting or administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any course related to Accounting and Financial Management.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
