Job BriefWe're on the lookout for a Marketing Manager (Ads Specialist) to lead the charge in high-performance paid media campaigns. Your mission is to drive course sales and high-quality lead generation through data-led, conversion-optimised advertising on Meta, Google, and YouTube. You'll own the end-to-end process — from ad creative to funnel optimisation and post-click analysis — with the support of a wider content and development team.ResponsibilitiesPaid Media ManagementPlan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), and YouTubeBuild and refine audiences, including retargeting, lookalikes, and interest-based segmentsScale daily ad budgets of $200–$2,000 while maintaining profitabilitySet up and maintain accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta PixelPerformance OptimisationReduce CAC and improve ROAS through continuous testingA/B test creatives, landing pages, audiences, and funnel stagesOptimise campaign flow for an LTV:CAC ratio of 3:1 or betterExecute conversion tracking and attribution strategiesAnalytics & ReportingReport on CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV, and funnel drop-offCreate dashboards in Google Data Studio (or similar tools)Identify insights and optimisation opportunities from analyticsTrack competitor trends and benchmark performanceCreative Content & AssetsProduce video ads (15s/30s/60s) using stock or existing footageDesign static, carousel, and motion creatives using Canva or PhotoshopWrite compelling ad copy for different funnel stagesBuild and test landing pages using Unbounce, ClickFunnels or similar toolsSales Funnel DevelopmentCreate multi-touch sales funnels for digital products or course salesDevelop lead magnets, tripwire offers, and opt-in formsSet up automated email sequences and post-sign-up workflowsContinuously optimise the customer journey for maximum conversionsRequirementsTechnical Expertise3+ years hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads$50K+ monthly ad spend management historyExperience promoting digital products or online coursesDeep knowledge of conversion optimisation strategiesSolid understanding of attribution, retargeting, and funnel logicPerformance Metrics Experience4x ROAS, or >30% conversion rate improvement recordProven history of successfully scaling campaign budgetsStrong ability to reduce CAC while maintaining lead qualityExperience with LTV:CAC ratio targeting and trackingSoftware ProficiencyAds & Analytics: Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Editor, YouTube StudioTracking & Reporting: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Data StudioCreative Tools: Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere ProLanding Page Builders: ClickFunnels, UnbounceAutomation/Integrations: Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, n8n or agentsUX Insight Tools: Hotjar, Crazy Egg (heatmaps & scroll tracking)DesirableAdvanced Google Ads certificationExperience in scaling e-learning or course-based businessesFamiliarity with marketing automation (e.g. Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign)Experience building brand narratives through UGC-style contentUnderstanding of behavioural psychology in marketing and sales funnelsBackground in CRO/UX testing and heatmap analysisPersonal AttributesResults-Driven: Laser-focused on metrics and profitabilityCreative & Analytical: Can ideate high-performing campaigns and back them with dataStrategic Thinker: Can design and scale a customer journey from cold lead to purchaseIndependent Operator: Comfortable taking ownership and delivering outcomes autonomouslyDetail-Oriented: Spots opportunities for improvement at every stage of the funnelTime Zone: Australian Business HoursApplicant Location: Must be Filipinos living in the PhilippinesAbout OutdeskAt Outdesk, our mission is to bridge the gap between exceptional talent in the Philippines and the dynamic business needs of our clients in Australia.
