Concrete Masters Inc. is a trusted name in the ready-mix concrete business, delivering high-quality products and services to major construction projects. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager who will lead our business growth efforts through strategic sales, market expansion, and brand-building initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure peak performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with contractors, developers, and project owners.

Marketing Strategy

  • Create and implement marketing plans to strengthen the company's market presence.
  • Develop promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships to boost brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research to monitor trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Oversee both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.

Client Relations

  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts to secure repeat business.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive service and problem resolution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with 2 years in a managerial role (construction materials or ready-mix concrete preferred).
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in both online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and events.
