GOBRO PH Outsourcing Inc. is on the lookout for a motivated and imaginative Marketing Assistant to join our growing team This role is a great fit for recent graduates or entry-level professionals looking to start their journey in the marketing field. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms
  • Partner with the sales team to build brand visibility and support lead generation efforts
  • Create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Research market trends, consumer insights, and competitor strategies to guide marketing decisions
  • Track and analyze campaign results and contribute ideas for improvement
  • Ensure consistent branding across all online channels
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and team to implement creative marketing strategies

Qualifications:

  • Must be located in or near Bacolod (remote work possible)
  • Open to fresh graduates; marketing experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media and basic content creation tools is preferred
  • Creative, self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Good time management and organizational skills

Minimum Technical Requirements (Remote Work):

  • Computer: Intel i5 10th Gen / AMD Ryzen equivalent or higher
  • RAM: At least 8GB (16GB recommended)
  • Webcam: 1080p quality (e.g., A4 Tech PK-910H)
  • Headset: Noise-canceling (e.g., Logitech H390)
  • UPS or power backup to avoid interruptions
