  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in document control or quality control (preferably in batching plant, construction, or manufacturing).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and organize all quality control documents, including test reports, mix designs, inspection checklists, calibration records, and certifications.
  • Ensure that all QC documents are properly numbered, filed, and easily retrievable.
  • Control the distribution of updated documents to concerned departments and retrieve obsolete versions.
  • Coordinate with QC Engineers, Laboratory Technicians, and Plant Supervisors to gather and verify quality-related records.
  • Monitor compliance with internal and external audit requirements regarding documentation.
