What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain the department's filing system, both physical and electronic, tools and equipment's, ensuring documents are organized and readily accessible
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Construction team
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, proofreading, and office supply management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in an construction environment
  • Flexible to work schedules & work locations
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Willing to work in different campuses if needed (Manila & Silang, Cavite)
