  • Assist in the coordination and documentation of student support programs, guidance sessions, and wellness activities.
  • Help facilitate psychological testing, counseling referrals, and career development activities.
  • Maintain and update confidential student records and databases.
  • Provide front-line assistance to students seeking support or information regarding counseling and student services.
  • Assist in monitoring student attendance, behavior concerns, and academic performance reports.
  • Coordinate with faculty, counselors, and administrators regarding student concerns and interventions.
  • Help organize seminars, workshops, and outreach programs related to mental health and personal growth.
  • Perform other administrative and support functions as may be assigned by the Guidance Counselor or Student Affairs Head.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in student affairs, counseling, or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathetic, approachable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
