Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Senior System Administrator located in Taguig. The Senior System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring network security and efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include system administration, network administration, and collaborating with other IT professionals to implement and optimize IT solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a System Administration role, with at least 2 years in a senior or team lead capacity.
  • Extensive hands-on experience managing and supporting Microsoft Azure (IaaS & PaaS) and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Proven Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience, managing multiple client tenants simultaneously.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Demonstrable experience leading large-scale migration projects (email, data, workloads).
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for administration and automation of Microsoft cloud services.
  • In-depth understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
