Job Description Job Responsibilities: Manage depot managers to ensure each location complies with all company activities and meets the organization's KPIs and SLAs. Ensure management of deliveries from suppliers and the dispatch of goods is timely, efficient, and complies with service level agreements.

Manage both permanent and contract staff, participate in recruitment, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary. Prepare monthly reports detailing team performance against company targets. Participate in budget management and implementation processes for courier services.

Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness, and efficiency.
