About the role

As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations at our facility in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our plant.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to maximize uptime and equipment reliability
  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians and oversee the execution of planned and preventative maintenance activities
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to align maintenance activities with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource utilization
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance best practices
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address maintenance issues
  • Proficient in budget management and resource planning
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commitment to promoting a safe and sustainable work environment
  • Willing to be assigned in Sto. Tomas City, Batangas
