Accounting Assistants (4 vacant positions)

Job Description: Assist the accounting supervisor in the performance of his/her duties

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Preparation of Financial Statements (monthly, quarterly, annual);

· Preparation of tax compliance reports and payments (VAT, withholding taxes, income taxes) including submission of documents relative to Letter of Authority (LOA) and notices issued by the BIR;

· For disbursements, tasks include verification against budget, preparation of check vouchers and safe-keeping of Accounting/Finance documents, etc.;

· Preparation of annual budget, monitoring of budget utilization, and providing variance analysis;

· Preparation of statement of accounts;

· Preparation of regulatory reportorial requirements (BIR, SEC, PSE, DOE, BOI, PEZA, Lenders) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;

· Preparation of audit requirements (internal / external);

· Preparation of financial requirements requested by Partners and other stakeholders; and

· Perform other related duties as may be assigned by superiors.

Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

CPA is an advantage

3-5 years experience as general accounting, financial statement preparation, tax and audit

Experience in RE Companies, BOI and or PEZA entities is a plus
