About the role

Join Net Pacific, Inc.' as a full-time QAQC Engineer (EE) based in Pasig City Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of the company's electrical and electronic engineering projects, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans for electrical and electronic engineering projects
  2. Conduct rigorous inspections, testing, and evaluations to identify and resolve any quality issues
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project specifications and regulatory requirements are met
  4. Analyse data, generate reports, and provide recommendations to improve quality and efficiency
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies
  6. Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance the overall quality of the team's work

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field
  2. Experience as QAQC role within the engineering and construction industry is a big advantage.
  3. Excellent knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering principles, standards, and regulations
  4. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
  5. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  6. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  7. Proven track record of leading and coordinating quality assurance initiatives
