Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and supervise civil works on-site to ensure project completion within budget, quality standards, and schedule.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to implement proper construction methods.
  • Lead site teams, assign tasks, and monitor daily progress.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and control project costs, materials, manpower, and equipment usage.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, site documentation, and project updates to management.
  • Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
  • Oversee project handover and ensure completion of punch lists.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development/site development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of roadworks, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure construction.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project management tools is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • CAN START ASAP.
  • WILLING TO ASSIGNED AT ANY PROJECT LOCATION.
