About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) at CARElus International Services Inc. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. As a CSR, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The role is full-time and based in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems
  3. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Identify opportunities to provide additional support or information to customers
  5. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
  5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with various software applications
  6. Eager to learn and grow within the BPO industry
  7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
