What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • A positive, adaptable, and customer-centric attitude
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
