Job Descriptions

· Project Management tool - Clarity - expertise is a must for portfolio, project, and resource management.

· Mention if experienced with any/other Project Management tool (i.e. MS Project Plan, etc)

· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel.

· Understand the project revenue and costing. Monitor / track project projected cost versus actuals.

· Understand enterprise release schedule activities to effectively support delivery teams regarding Clarity related items.

· Keen on details.

· Drive adherence to the organizational maturity by creating policies, procedures and reporting to enable continuous improvements.

· Execute quality and process reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies, audit control requirements.

· Delivers operational reporting for an effective monitoring and mitigation of delivery risks and issues.

· Ability to effectively host and control meetings for productive outcomes.

· Serves as a liaison and builds bridges and relationships with key project stakeholders to include sponsoring executives and among different groups.

· Provides concise and accurate project reporting.

· Manages issues and risks well such as creating and tracking to resolution plans and escalating to appropriate levels in a timely manner.

· Ensures project governance is established and observed.

Skills

Non-negotiable/Required

· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel.

· Help with audits and compliance items related to the required audit items/documentation evidences.

· Ad-hoc reporting (ETL, Dashboards, preparing and doing presentations)

· Creating standards & guidelines

· Supporting the rollout of process changes (meetings, documentation/notes, training)

· Creating reports and dashboards – Powerpoint, Clarity, Tableau

· Night shift

· Work-from-home and/or In-office work arrangement

Nice-to-have/Advantage

· Demonstrates characteristics of a project leader

· Assists in setting up custom reports and views in JIRA (or similar tools and application)

· Capable of creating Process flows (Visio or Gliffy for Confluence)

· Excellent multi-tasking skills

· Driven to learn and adaptable to evolving working environment

· Knowledge of the Agile framework and practices

· Proven ability to interface with all levels of the organization

· With exposure to project audits and governance activities

· Well organized and structured work habits

· Analytical and possesses problem-solving skills

· Capacity Planning background an advantage
