  • involves close collaboration with sales, product, and finance teams to ensure marketing strategies are
  • aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy and Campaigns
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that support corporate goals.
  •  Coordinate multi-channel campaigns covering digital, events, PR, and advertising.
  •  Monitor and evaluate campaign performance against established KPIs.
  • Brand and Creative Management
  •  Oversee creative development and production of marketing materials.
  •  Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
  •  Enhance customer engagement through innovative branding initiatives.
  • Market Research and Analysis
  •  Conduct market studies to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  •  Provide data-driven recommendations for marketing strategies and product positioning.
  •  Generate reports on campaign results and market conditions for management review.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  •  Partner with sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue objectives.
  •  Work with product teams to design campaigns that support launches and promotions.
  •  Coordinate with finance to manage budgets, expenses, and ROI reporting.
  • Team Supervision and Development
  •  Lead and mentor staff across digital, events, creative, and brand functions.
  •  Set performance objectives and review progress regularly.
  •  Promote collaboration and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  •  5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  •  Proven background in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
  •  Strong project management and organizational skills.
  •  Proficiency in marketing analytics, reporting tools, and CRM systems.
  •  Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
