Job Summary:
The IT Services Manager is accountable for the end-to-end delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of IT services across the enterprise. This role oversees infrastructure and development initiatives, ensures reliable day-to day IT operations and support, manages operational and capital expenditures, and leads the sourcing, performance, and development of IT staff. The position serves as the operational backbone of IT, balancing service stability with project execution and fiscal discipline.
Key Relationship:
INTERNAL
- Head of IT: Receives strategic direction, operational updates, and escalations.
- Project Managers: Aligns delivery schedules, resource allocation, and priorities.
- Support Services & Operations Teams: Oversees service execution and performance. Development Teams: Coordinates application delivery and enhancements.
- Business Systems Analysts & QA Analysts: Ensures alignment between requirements, delivery, and quality.
- Finance: Coordinates budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
- HR: Partners on workforce planning, hiring, and performance management
EXTERNAL
- Vendors and Service Providers: Manages outsourced development, infrastructure, and support services.
- Technology Partners: Coordinates solution delivery, upgrades, and support.
- Auditors / Regulators (as required): Supports compliance and operational reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS:
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A master's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or related discipline is an advantage.
Experience
- At least 7 years of progressive IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in end-to-end IT service delivery, including infrastructure management, application development (in-house and outsourced), and IT operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing IT operations and support services, ensuring high system availability and SLA compliance.
- Strong background in IT project delivery, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Hands-on experience in IT financial management, including OPEX and CAPEX planning, budgeting, cost control, and vendor billing.
- Experience in vendor and service provider management, including contract management, performance monitoring, and negotiations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month
