I DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY RESULT AREA 1: Processing Site Replenishment, Payables, Special Funds, Advances, and Reimbursements

· Process and validate various financial transactions, including site replenishment, special funds, payables, cash advances, and liquidations, following established procedures and guidelines.

· Verify the authenticity and accuracy of supporting documentation for all transactions to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

KEY RESULT AREA 2: Timely and accurate recording of transactions in the Accounting system

·       Record all financial transactions promptly and accurately into the accounting system.

·       Monitor the status of advances, ensuring timely reconciliation and settlement of outstanding amounts.

KEY RESULT AREA 3: 3. Accuracy of Financial Data

· Conduct regular reviews and audits of financial transactions and records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

· Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all financial transactions and record-keeping activities.

KEY RESULT AREA 3: Financial Transaction Reconciliation

· Perform reconciliations regularly to ensure consistency between bank statements and accounting records.

· Monitor the status of advances, ensuring timely reconciliation and settlement of outstanding amounts.

· Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances identified during the reconciliation process.
