Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all clinic locations.
· Standardize workflows and enforce SOPs for front desk, aestheticians, doctors, and support staff.
· Implement quality control protocols to maintain high service standards.
· Monitor inventory systems, procurement processes, and equipment maintenance.
· Conduct sales audits to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with revenue targets.
- Training & Development
· Design and implement onboarding programs for all clinic staff (frontline, aestheticians, doctors).
· Develop structured skills development pathways and certifications.
· Coordinate with HR and department heads to identify training needs through performance metrics and audits.
· Organize regular product knowledge, treatment protocol, sales, and customer service training sessions.
· Create training materials, manuals, and e-learning content aligned with brand and DOH standards.
· Monitor training effectiveness via performance appraisals, client feedback, and KPI achievement.
· Mentor and coach Area Managers and senior clinic staff to build leadership pipeline.
- Performance & Compliance Management
· Set and monitor KPIs across locations (e.g., sales targets, client satisfaction, operational efficiency).
· Conduct regular branch audits to ensure brand and health regulatory compliance.
· Handle escalated client concerns and sensitive personnel issues with professionalism.
· Oversee manpower planning and shift optimization.
- Strategic Initiatives
· Collaborate with the leadership team in identifying growth opportunities and service expansion.
· Lead process improvement initiatives, including technology adoption and automation.
· Assist in planning and execution of new branch launches or major renovations.
