Admin/HR Generalist (Airtrac operations)

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the implementation of processes and programs including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and community development

  • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Facilitate employee placement and ensure the smooth onboarding process, including preparing training materials, organizing venues and monitoring of attendance.

  • Assists the General manager in developing and implementing standard operating procedures and compliance standards in Airtrac.

  • Prepares and monitor processing of procurement requests for all materials, supplies, equipment, and repair and maintenance works related to Airtrac operations.

  • Provides administrative support to the General manager in preparing compliance reports and corresponding for submission to local government units and government agencies.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human resource management, business administration, or in a related course

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes including recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, training, performance management, and compensation and benefits.

  • Knowledge of Airtrac operations, regulatory standards and SOP development practices.

  • Attention to detail, effective communication skills, with strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge in procurement processes, supply chain management and Airtrac operational requirements
