GPC Pioneer Solution Architect

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

·       Accountable for providing business consultancy with a holistic understanding of business requirements we solve in value chain and its solution architecture.

·       Secure a target reference architect and transitional steps in an architecture plan linked to program initiatives.

·       Facilitate needed architectural clarification and lead towards architectural decision, by our IT Governance Decision structures and Principles and Guardrails for IT

·       Catalyze ideation, exploration, and proof of concept of new technologies.

·       Secure the overall information architecture and ensure that solutions are aligned with the architectural framework in collaboration teams.

·       Communication key clarifications and architecture outlines with chief product owner, the architecture runway lead and program execution lead as the architects' representative

Key Success Factors

·       Solution architecture is anchored in our value chain.

·       Architectural decisions are co-created and decided with and not over the impacted teams and/or delivery areas.

·       Information is secured and connected by it governance tools, principles and guardrails and critical stakeholders

·       Architecture roadmap and tactical initiatives are available and anchored in JIRA task and as LeanIX architecture reference architecture.

Required Minimum Qualifications

·       A Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.

·       Strong background executing complex or specialized projects and activities in IT and IT Consultancy.

·       Effective in understanding solution - and technical architecture discussions and communicating these with non-technical business people

·       Proven results supporting key initiatives in a large organization; experience in large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

·       Experience with Microservice -, Event driven -, Containerized -, and Service oriented architecture.

·       Familiar with SCRUM framework

·       You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing

Not a must but an advantage:

·       Software developer, IT business consultancy experience, background

·       Most likely to have 6-7 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.

·       Possess strong knowledge of best practices in relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, within IT and IT Consultancy. These would among others be commodity platforms like SAP Commerce Cloud, Openshift, Microsoft API management, SAP CPQ

·       Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

·       Certificates to demonstrate knowledge and competency in working with architecture, like TOGAF, LeanIX Academy, UML diagramming or the like.

·       Experience managing defined processes within IT and IT Consultancy.

·       Vendor roadmap engagement experience
