As an Infrastructure Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive architecture documentation, providing crucial effort and cost estimates, and serving as the vital link between our Architecture and Operations teams. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on innovation and wants to play a key role in building the infrastructure of tomorrow.

This position follows a hybrid working model (2 days WIO, 3 days WFH) based at our BGC, Taguig office, with standard working hours from 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PH time) to align with Australian business hours, and requires full-time onsite presence for the first two weeks for training before transitioning to the hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver solution architectures, cost/resource estimates, and documentation to support project delivery
  • Bridge Architecture and Operations, ensuring solutions balance cost, scalability, supportability, and future needs
  • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical designs aligned with enterprise standards
  • Handover solution knowledge to project delivery teams for seamless execution
  • Model and maintain solutions within the enterprise architecture library at the required level of detail
  • Lead architecture design for priority technology transformation initiatives across infrastructure, applications, and operations
  • Drive team engagement, collaboration, and positive change management
  • Engage stakeholders to capture requirements, align expectations, and validate solutions
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, compliance, and governance policies

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in infrastructure architecture with hands-on operational background
  • Broad infrastructure knowledge across virtualisation, servers, storage, Microsoft/Windows Server, and Azure
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and challenge constructively
  • Proven track record of progressing from operational roles into architecture responsibilities
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent desirable
