Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Call Center Agent

₱28,000 up to ₱35,000/month + Bonuses + 15k SPIFFs

What you'll do:

  • Handle customer calls and messages in a professional, friendly, and helpful way
  • Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
  • Follow call flow / script while sounding natural and confident
  • Document call details clearly and completely
  • Work with the team to hit daily and weekly performance targets

Who we're looking for:

  • Call center experience (customer service, retention, inbound or outbound) is an advantage
  • Strong English communication skills (confident, conversational, easy to understand)
  • Can handle pressure, difficult customers, and fast-paced targets
  • Willing to work night shift / shifting schedule
  • Can start ASAP
