Position Overview:

Assisting customers with hotel reservations, modifications, and inquiries to provide an excellent travel experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle hotel booking requests and cancellations.
• Provide information on hotel policies, amenities, and rates.
• Resolve issues related to hotel stays.
• Collaborate with hotel partners for smooth transactions.

Job Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate (or equivalent).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
