Be part of our client's team as a Director of Business & Tax Advisory, leading end-to-end advisory operations for Australian clients. Manage diverse portfolios, oversee complex tax and accounting engagements, and drive business growth across service lines. Mentor future leaders, ensure compliance with Australian standards, and deliver strategic insights that strengthen client success and organizational excellence.

The Qualifications We Seek

• CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 15+ years in public practice or corporate advisory, including Australian clients.
• In-depth expertise in Australian taxation, accounting, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven leadership in managing multiple complex engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Tech-savvy with advanced proficiency in modern accounting systems.

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead advisory and tax projects across diverse industries for Australian clients.
• Oversee practice operations, ensuring compliance with AASB, IFRS, and ATO requirements.
• Drive client growth and retention through strong relationship management.
• Mentor managers and senior advisors to elevate technical and leadership capabilities.
• Manage service line portfolios, budgets, and business development initiatives.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve processes and innovation.
