WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER

Responsibilities

Responsible for the receiving and issuance of materials.
In charge with the update of Bin Card.
Ensures that materials are properly arranged on their designated areas.
Assist on the monthly stocktaking.
Perform duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Process inventory for delivery, sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
Operate heavy machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory.
Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location
Problem-solving skills to identify and address issues in warehouse operations and implement efficient solutions.
Manage warehousing activities including receiving, storage and distribution or issuance of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting monthly inventory.
Ordering stocks.

Requirements and skills

2 years course or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse environment.
Must have NCII certificate ( Heavy equipment operation)
Knowledge of PEZA documents.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in inventory management and data entry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
Proficient in using warehouse management systems and software for tracking inventory and generating reports.
Familiarity with inventory software, and able to upload data into the company system
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, order fulfilment, and inventory control.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure.
Computer literate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
