WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the receiving and issuance of materials.
  • In charge with the update of Bin Card.
  • Ensures that materials are properly arranged on their designated areas.
  • Assist on the monthly stocktaking.
  • Perform duties assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Process inventory for delivery, sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
  • Operate heavy machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory.
  • Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and address issues in warehouse operations and implement efficient solutions.
  • Manage warehousing activities including receiving, storage and distribution or issuance of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting monthly inventory.
  • Ordering stocks.

Requirements and skills

  • 2 years course or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Must have NCII certificate ( Heavy equipment operation)
  • Knowledge of PEZA documents.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in inventory management and data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and software for tracking inventory and generating reports.
  • Familiarity with inventory software, and able to upload data into the company system
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, order fulfilment, and inventory control.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure.
  • Computer literate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
