*Sales Merchandiser Qualifications:*

    1. Perform tasks such as sales、cleaning、check stocks、promoting, and maintaining relationships with the mall according to the company and leadership's requirements and the work schedule at various stores;
    1. Adhere to the company and mall's work standards and cultivate a positive corporate image;
    1. Report sales data daily and coordinate and arrange mall deliveries and replenishments;
    1. Be punctual and strictly adhere to the company's requirement to clock in and out via the mobile app;
    1. Be proactive, presentable, and know how to maintain good relationships with colleagues in the mall and other brands;
    1. Be familiar with the transportation around Manila.
    1. No criminal record(Need NBI certificate)
    1. Obtained a university graduation certificate already

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of store premises
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Ensure timely display and replenishment of merchandise
  • Submit accurate sales reports as required
  • Safeguard merchandise from loss, theft, or damage
  • Conduct accurate inventory checks as scheduled
  • Receive and verify deliveries for accuracy
  • Welcome customers with a smile and direct them to appropriate store sections or aisle.
  • Product knowledge and having a deep understanding of the products or services being sold, including their features, benefits, pricing, and any available promotions.
  • Maintain good communication and interaction with the mall management, report inventory status and provide timely feedback on new purchase orders.

Salary and Benefits:

A basic income more than PHP 18100, paid in two installments — on the 15th and the last day of each month.(Normal working hours per week are 6 days)have:Transportation allowance,After becoming a regular employee have Social Security System.

Working time:Employees are required to work 6 days per week — one days of 8 hours each. Due to the nature of the position, the specific working schedule will be based on the shift plan updated by the sales manager.
