About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to kick-start their career in project management by providing essential support to our project teams. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring projects run smoothly by handling administrative tasks and maintaining clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Administration: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting meeting minutes.
  • Maintain Project Documents: Keep all project files, including RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), up to date and well-organized.
  • Track Progress: Help monitor task progress, update project timelines, and ensure all team members are on track with their deliverables.
  • Facilitate Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for project-related information, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned.
  • Coordinate Resources: Assist in coordinating resources and team members to ensure efficient project execution.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or project-related support role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency with project management tools like Monday(.)com or Microsoft Project.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: A CAPM or PMP certification is a plus but not required. We value practical experience and a demonstrated ability to learn and contribute.
