Design and optimize delivery routes across the country. From first mile to last mile and reverse logistics, you'll ensure shipments move faster, more efficiently, and at the right cost. Your work will keep service reliability high while maximizing resources and reducing waste.

Your Mission

Network & Route Planning

  • Map the full delivery network from pick-up to returns.
  • Design end-to-end routes that balance cost and speed.
  • Re-engineer routes based on volumes, traffic, and cut-offs.

Operational Optimization

  • Run workflow reviews to boost efficiency.
  • Fix unproductive routes to save time and costs.
  • Sync schedules with facility and service cut-offs.

Resource & Capacity Planning

  • Match vehicle types and capacities to demand.
  • Forecast network needs for reliability and cost control.

Performance & Improvement

  • Create governance processes for route planning.
  • Use data and storytelling to guide leadership decisions.
  • Promote continuous improvement across the network.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You…
  • Hold a degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, CS, or related field.
  • Have 3+ years in forecasting, planning, or network optimization (logistics a plus).
  • Excel in analytics, forecasting, and operations planning.
  • Turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Work well with cross-functional teams to drive change.
