Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other platforms.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate o college graduate ).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
