Job Title: Junior Architect

Job Description:

Minimum requirement: BS Interior Design

The Interior Designer is responsible for space planning and layout development, preparing technical drawings and drafts using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.

The role includes creating mood boards, selecting materials, furniture, and finishes, and producing 3D renderings to visualize design concepts.

They also conduct client presentations based on these concepts, ensuring alignment with observations from site inspections, measurements, and project estimations, while coordinating design revisions with clients and project stakeholders. They provide preliminary cost estimates for interior finishes, furnishings, and architectural elements, demonstrating familiarity with construction and decor material pricing.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

May perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
