Role Summary

The Junior Interior Designer at ARTA Design supports the design and execution of interior projects from concept development through project completion. The role involves assisting in design planning, material selection, technical documentation, and on-site coordination to ensure that all interior fit-out works align with ARTA Design's standards of quality, creativity, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of interior design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and layouts in accordance with project requirements and brand standards
  • Prepare and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) suitable for each project
  • Produce and update shop drawings, technical drawings, and design documentation using CAD software
  • Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of design intent
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits to support project coordination and progress monitoring
  • Assist in managing timelines, revisions, and design updates throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, detailing, and interior construction methods
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD required; other design software is a plus)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills for client and team coordination
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced design environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
