Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) HeadThe Medical City Ortigas is seeking an experienced Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Head to join the team and help drive the organization to the next level. The Head of ESG will be responsible for developing and overseeing ESG and sustainability policies and procedures, ensuring that all proposed actions are socially and environmentally sustainable, and aligned with internationally recognized best practices. Additionally, this role includes defining the ESG strategy, tracking its progress, and measuring the impact of key initiatives before implementation.

About? Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by monitoring team activities and coordinating with risk management. Lead organization-wide regulation and registration initiatives, establishing a central framework.

Drive ESG strategy by aligning actions with the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Promote continuous learning through professional development, research, and departmental engagement. Apply effective management and communication practices in daily operations.

Lead ESG initiatives across environmental, social, and governance domains in line with organizational priorities. Who Are

  • Assessing data to measure impact and support ESG decisions.

Continuous Learning

  • Staying updated on ESG trends and pursuing professional development.

A candidate must hold a degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration, with more than three (3) years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate compliance, or related fields. Ideally, the candidate should also possess a postgraduate degree in Environmental Science, Policy, or a related field, along with experience working with cross-functional teams and driving change within organizations, or the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders across the organization.
