About the role

As a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician (HVAC) at Markenburg International Foods Corp.', you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across the company's facilities in Marilao Bulacan. This is a full-time role, and you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of the company's temperature control and air quality systems.

What you'll be doing

  1. Install, service, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ventilation units, and related equipment
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, performing repairs and replacements as needed
  3. Conduct regular maintenance inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
  4. Maintain detailed records of all HVAC work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task
  5. Collaborate with the facilities and operations teams to ensure the HVAC systems are aligned with the company's energy efficiency and sustainability goals
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, techniques, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Formal training or certification in HVAC systems, such as an associate's degree or technical diploma
  2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair complex HVAC issues
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
  5. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship
  6. Good communication skills to liaise with the facilities and operations teams
  7. Commitment to quality and food safety.
