Sales – Field Management | Full-time | On-site

Innovision Pharma Inc.
is looking for a results-driven District Sales Manager (DSM) to lead and develop a high-performing team of Professional Sales Representatives. The DSM plays a key leadership role in driving sales performance, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring the consistent achievement of business goals across the assigned district.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Develop and execute district business and territory plans aligned with company strategies.


• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.


• Conduct regular fieldwork and coaching visits to ensure effective customer engagement and product detailing.


• Strengthen partnerships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and trade accounts (hospitals, clinics, drugstores).


• Implement marketing initiatives, CME programs, and territory activities to increase brand visibility.


• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, company policies, and industry regulations.


• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Marketing, HR, Admin, and Logistics) to optimize sales operations.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree (Required).


• At least 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.


• Proven leadership, coaching, and analytical skills.


• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.


• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within assigned territories.
