Work Setup: Onsite, Monday to Friday

Location: Ortigas, Pasig

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all financial and accounting activities of the company and its branches.
  • Consolidate financial data from all outlets and prepare accurate reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Develop and implement robust internal controls and policies across branches.
  • Monitor branch performance through financial KPIs, cost analysis, and margin management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and audit processes.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor the finance team including Accounting Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven background in multi-branch, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MYOB/accounting systems
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php100,000.00 per month
