Overview

The Dealer Information Coordinator plays a critical role in building and maintaining an accurate nationwide wholesale dealer list. By proactively contacting dealerships, gathering verified contact details, and updating CRM systems, this role ensures the company's marketing and communication efforts are supported with reliable and organized data.


Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Php 35,000-40,000
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central (with 1 hour unpaid break)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively call equipment dealerships nationwide from provided and self-sourced lists
  • Professionally request contact information for key personnel (owners, parts managers, sales managers)
  • Accurately record and enter gathered data (names, titles, phone numbers, emails) into CRM or database
  • Verify and update existing records to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain and organize the wholesale dealer list to uphold data integrity
  • Meet daily and weekly call and data entry quotas
  • Report on progress and provide feedback on data quality

Requirements

  • Experience in data entry, customer service, or telemarketing (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Excel, or Google Sheets
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet goals
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
