About the Role

We are establishing a new Withdrawal Risk Control Review Team responsible for reviewing client withdrawal transactions to ensure security, compliance, and accuracy before processing. You will be part of the front-line team safeguarding client funds and supporting the company's financial compliance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review withdrawal requests and verify client identity, transaction purpose, and fund legitimacy.
  • Identify and escalate irregular or suspicious activities as needed.
  • Analyze withdrawal data, assist in reconciliation, and maintain accurate case tracking.
  • Prepare summary reports and communicate findings with the team.
  • Collaborate with customer service, operations, and compliance departments to resolve cases efficiently.
  • Work on a rotating shift schedule (morning, evening, night) to maintain 24/7 support coverage.

Location: Ortigas, Pasig (Tektite Tower – East Tower, 8th Floor)

Work Setup: Full-time | Onsite | Shifting Schedule | Rotational Rest Days

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations, payment processing, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Excel for reconciliation and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in CFD (Contracts for Difference) or the financial industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with compliance tools such as LexisNexis, SumSub, or similar is preferred.
