As a Chief Radiologic Technologist in our Primary Care Clinic (PCC), you will take on a leadership role to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of diagnostic imaging services. This key position involves managing a team of radiologic technologists, overseeing daily operations, and serving as a positive role model within the clinic.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Prepare and manage work schedules for radiologic technologists to maintain seamless clinic operations and meet patient demands.
  • Address escalations and resolve technical or patient-related incidents within the diagnostic imaging department promptly and effectively.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to radiologic technologists, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Monitor compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and clinic policies to ensure high-quality imaging services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflows, address operational challenges, and implement best practices.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, technical expertise, and a commitment to patient-centered care, inspiring the team to uphold these standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology; must have a valid PRC license
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the radiology or imaging department.
  • Extensive background in radiologic technology with a focus on customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people-handling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team toward excellence
  • Computer Proficient
